<h3>_What happened to this guy?_</h3> James Carl Osmond _(also known as: JC, 'Chip', and 'The Other Osmond')_ is behind bars, and now the details of the bank robbery that he has been charged with are being released to the press. <center></center> <center>**James Carl Osmond-** 47 years of age, 11 inches tall, approximately 6 ounces.</center> _Apprehended on Tuesday by the Faike County Sheriff's Department following high-speed chase, James Carl Oswald, who is accused of the armed robbery of the Most National Bank on April 19th, may face life._ The Faike County Sheriff released the following photos on Monday afternoon, allegedly showing Osmond entering and leaving the Most National Bank during the robbery, where police say he left with nearly $300 in cash: <center></center> <center></center> <center></center> <center>_Alleged surveillance photos of the gun-wielding Osmond, running through lobby of Most National Bank_</center> Osmond on the way into the Faike County Courthouse today, where the judge wiped that smile off of Osmond's face with a harsh _life sentence:_ <center>.jpg)</center> <center>_"I swear, the guy was dead when I got there. Wait, what was the question?"_</center> <center><h1>_Life Sentence for Osmond, Judge Rules_</h1></center> Some are already saying that a life sentence is a bit extreme, and many wonder if Osmond has all of his wits about him, pointing out how he didn't seem to understand the sentencing. Then there are the witness testimonies from the robbery where he was described as "wooden" and "child-like". It is going to be rough for old Chip, having to animate himself from now on, like the rest of us have to do. A life sentence means that he will be alive, a _real boy,_ all grown up, and he'll have to start working for a living, no more entertainment business, and with no more strings, James Carl Osmond will find himself unable to walk until he learns how to do it himself. <center>.jpg)</center> <center>_"Hey no, I'm still using that. Wait, what?"_</center> Will the long scissors of the law finally teach Chip to quit robbing banks? Does he even know what he is accused of? <center><h2>We Knew Him as 'Chip'</h2></center> We once hired James Carl Osmond to host a UFO special series on this page. It didn't last long, and reader surveys showed that 'Chip' was not very well liked by the audience. I can't help but feel partially responsible for his demise, since we all thought that the 'Conspiracy' series would last longer than the pilot episode. Readers thought he seemed 'fake', and while I thought that was the whole point of hiring him to him to do the conspiracy series-- a little ironic joke-- we had to let him go after that first filming session. I never thought he would resort to a life of crime, and I still don't know who was pulling his strings during that bank robbery. So far, the fact that Chip is a puppet doesn't seem to matter to anyone. Maybe when he gets life, we can have him back for an interview.
