I have a short technical question. I´ve red that the voting power a person has declines with every upsteem, ämm upvote executed. I also know that you shouldn´t vote more than 20 times a day because than all your votes are almost worth nothing. So far so good.

My question is now how the regeneration works. Is the a global reset for all members voting power? For example are all voting powers refueled at 1pm PCT or is there another mechanism that counts the timeintervall between your votes? For example I vote today at 11am PCT for one very interesting post. Do I have my full voting power back at 11am and one minute tomorrow. Or does the mechanism work completely different.
