# Hello BeautyFull Uloggers & Fellow Steemians

**Happy Oh-No-It's-Far-Too-Hot Tuesday afternoon!**

#### It's your girl April of @thereikiforest here once again sharing another #ulog about the goings on here in my personal sphere of our shared world.

#### As part of my routine, I have been starting my days pulling an empowerment card for personal guidance. It's one of the ways I like to go about consciously connecting with my Higher Self.

**I do not have any children of my own, so I am interpreting this message in regards to my innerchild. I feel this card is telling me to continue with the work I have been doing in the areas of Self-Love, Discipline and Trust in my intuition.**

#### Essentially, this card is a 'key' for my tuning within. It's like a shout out from my Higher Self saying "yes, April...you are more than enough...but you've gotta work that muscle..and work it HARD!"


*Whenever a limiting thought arises, (and they have been popping up faster than weeds in my garden!), I am going to make it a point to hit the pause button in my mind so that I may seize the moment to change my belief pattern in its tracks. I am going to say something like this to myself:*

>"April, *YOU* are more than capable of accomplishing anything you set your mind to doing. Tune into your passionate nature and let the sparks fly! Don't be sooooo hard on yourself. Remember that everything is a process. Honor it."

##### Yesterday's pull was equally poignant. Actually even more-so. I am going to share it now as I didn't get yesterday's ulog up and the message is a big part of where I am at, what I am no longer TRYING to do but APPLYING myself in doing. As the saying goes, though, the proof is in the pudding.

##### No more hiding from myself, dimming my light or dodging the world. It's time to quell the inner critic and show up to the party of life...for myself, as myself....in all the glory and ugliness that may be.

After I get some painting done I will share my creation (later today or tomorrow). I am still sorta debating with myself if I should push to get some Tree work done in #thereikiforest today or just keep things very relaxed and 'chill' due to the heat. I should do the take it easy thing but I will let you know in tomorrow's #ulogacy (ulog legacy) how all turned out.
