Ever wanted to try out for the Price is Right and get on? 

First you will need to design a crafty T - Shirt. The Price is Right is famous for loyal contributors with unique Shirts made for the show. It instills a common outrageousness that the show exudes and already is a PLUS 1 to your chances of getting in. One it helps establish your personality. Two it reinforces your interest in the show and shows to TV production you're the real deal with true interest. Third it allows you to step outside of your own skin with a conversation piece to discuss to TV producers, fans, and new friends while you wait... All of which is highly desirable in aiding in you getting on the show.

Second, its an audition process. Its like interviewing for a job and getting the job on the same day. When you attend a taping of the show weather you reserved a ticket online or waited in line for one, you are there to be seen. Once in line, and the line is usually about 250 people you wait. TV Producers come outside and line you up. They have a person who tries to break the ice with smaller groups of 50 or so walking around taking mental notes of people. He is sizing you up. He is thinking of what is good and bad for TV. He is identifying personalities, energy, and making sure you arent wearing logos, labels etc.

The other larger producers will then in the line ask you your name, where your from, what do you do for work... personality questions. Gauging your reactions to the questions. They want to see HIGH energy responses, animated, almost over the top. But the key is you can do all of that because of the Tshirt you created. lol...
I said Im Zach, i was living in Hawaii, and I teach Scuba Diving. That is all true at some point but it allowed the TV Producer to see what im all about. I raised my hands in the air and gave a yell of excitement WOO HOO!. He said to me, man your arms could spin the top of the wheel without stretching your so tall lol... Thats always a good response when you get a comment like that. 
Anyway, thats what i did.

Conclusion
If you want to get on this show you need to show how excited you are to be there. You need to tell yourself you are interviewing for a job, so dress the part literally with your Tshirt. Then with high energy answer the questions so you can be remembered. Remember they are screening 250 people, what makes YOU stand out... I was 6'6 with a yellow "adopt a dog" t shirt i made with an iron on transfer from Office Depot. $20 bucks lol
