 I did not find them in Saigon. I miss and want to eat this dish again.
Pork skewers are found in almost all streets in Hanoi but are concentrated mainly in the market or in front of schools. The meat is used mainly pork, seasoned with spices, marinated and then baked on charcoal stove. The hot meat skewers are served with chili sauce to make the dish more attractive.
