I've Settled On My New Workout Routine

A few weeks ago I posted about how I'm jumping into a new workout routine and I have settled on what I am going to do. It's going to be a completely new routine I have never tried before. I've been training for many years, so this is exciting for me.

The New Regime

In short, every single week I'm changing up my workout routine. I'll do the same workout every 12-16 weeks.

Examples

Week one I might stick with strictly regular sets

Week two I'll do tri-sets

Week three I'll train with compound sets

Week four it'll be all about giant sets

You get the idea. As for what exercises I'll do, I'll decide when I actually get into my workouts. I have a general idea, but I'd be here forever writing it out.

Anyways, that's a rough idea of what my new workout routine looks like. I'll stick with this concept for a good 8-9 months.
