I'd advise that you don't open all your crates yet, maybe open a few and leave the rest for the next Zealy, as I can't really tell if the quest will require you to open and talk about what you found in there. Anyways, you can still buy some at that time and open it for the quest; it's a win-win. I was only thinking that since it's openable, many people would rush to buy what's left, and you have to now buy it on the p2p market for a higher price.
