Nelson Mandela is the world's most famous leader. He was asked what quality would be required to be a leader?
Mandela replied, more than everyone else you should listen to everyone's words. Just listening! If you have finished listening to the words then. You will have to hear more than say.

We all just want to say the problem. No one wants to hear. We could say our words loudly as we can as our mind says but what if we listen first? Yeah that's the main thing what Nelson Mandela wanted to let us know.

Of course you will speak but after listening to everyone. If you have to be a legend leader, you will hear all the problems. The most important thing is to spend most time on your work. Many people are busy in recent time with their own work than  what people do in those previous two or three hundred years ago. These people do not find their time for listening from the time of drinking water and to go to the toilet.

But in the study, the work of which he should spend more time but he spent twenty percent of his useful work, but he spent roughly eighty percent in others thing which may not be important or may be less important.

Suppose a government servant is screwed up in his original work and ends with all the work done by Hundred Percent. Is this acceptable?
A known University teacher who did score in his own field is which is Twenty percent(you can say below average), but he is like the king in the field of politics. Does his student expect such kind of behavior from him?

Holding the identity a student like me or my friend at known University. But he comes back to the room after spending his double time to his lover but very less in the field of study. It is okay to spend time with own loveable person but you should be careful what you are meant to send that university.

Further, the boy's aim is the writer, but at that time, writing a story of unevenness and chatting with the girl fans is busy. So there would not be any positive outcome from his writing and neither he could write something great and publish a novel or at least a short story.

These people of unknow identity are all citizen's servant, but in eighty percent of the time people are busy serving him which is not acceptable anyway.
The main thing is that in the other sectors except the useable sector, they are doing so great like a golden boy.

To be a successful human being, a person must acquire an external knowledge. Must have two relationships with two things. But its original work!
How these people will improve the people of our country? Calling a rally, millions of people keep their work there! Slogan!
Nooooo, that cannot be a proper way. not at all.
Political awareness is needed, but everyone is a politician in such a country that we are the only one.

Vision Twenty20 One, Duggetel Bangladesh or the development of the tide will happen when one bullet will go out of his position!

From economist, technology, educationist, if everybody becomes a politician, dreams will only be dreamed.
