<h3><strong>Iguana Progress and ETA</strong></h3>
<h3>&quot;There are about half a dozen core bugs, mostly dealing with accounts&lt;-&gt;address in the wallet. <a href="https://bitco.in/forum/forums/iguana.23/" rel="noopener">Iguana</a> will be ready this year, certainly at the core level, and there is the basic wallet GUI, <a href="http://i.imgur.com/H1uDDQC.jpg" rel="noopener">EasyDEX</a> and I do have another GUI project in the process.</h3>
<h3>There are 3 reported bugs in the  github, but I am sure there are a few more, but yes for the EasyDEX test  sequence to work, quite a lot of the tech is being utilized, especially  as it is all running on a pair of iguana nodes.</h3>
<h3>Which means all of the bitcoind level  functionality is recreated from scratch, but fits in 2MB codesize, as  compared to dozens of MB. a lot of time it took to do this, and now it  is a matter of making use cases for it, like EasyDEX, InstantDEX, PAX,  pangea, etc.&quot; - JL777</h3>

<h3>&quot;Yes and Yes. I improved <a href="http://bitcoindark.com/pax-faq.html" rel="noopener">PAX</a> design.  Also smartchains will play a big role in BTCD. Then there are the  things I cant say until Sep 1. Not smart contracts, but smartchains ie a  custom blockchain with a single Dapp built into it&quot; - JL777</h3>

<h3><strong>SkyNET Update</strong></h3>

<h3>The coop is finalize now and the next step is to built a small team to change major parts of <a href="http://finhive.com/roadmap.html" rel="noopener">finhive</a> plus  making finhive compatible to their planned system. It tooks me days to  explain decentralized crypto systems to the devs since they are very  good in building and maintaining monolithic/centralized system but  unfortunatly they haven't usable knowledge about cryptosphere. Since I  wrote the current system mostly based on my optimized custom tools,  which includes also the db-backend there is a need for following changes  to ensure other devs are able to interact and work on finhive.</h3>
<h3>1. Change the db-backend from pure KV to a mongodb/rethinkdb backend</h3>
<h3>2. Change the whole portal from current plain cgi to responsive/realtime angularjs</h3>
<h3>3. Change the data fetchers from c/terra to nodejs</h3>
<h3>Those changes are necessary because as  mentioned above the current code base is just to custom made and the  devs aren't willing to jump on code not written in a well known  mainstream language where additional resources could be allocated if  needed.</h3>
<h3>The timeframe for this rebuilt will be  ~3 month from now. It is not easy and will take some time to form a team  from devs without crypto experience but the agreement was that they  will add devs to ensure they are getting knowledge about crypto for the  platform they like to built next year.</h3>
