At the heart, RISE offers a platform for Decentralized Distributed applications, Smart Contracts and Side-chain/token asset creation, powered by a Delegated Proof of Stake (DPoS) blockchain. **Delegated Proof of Stake** RISE DPoS is a network of RISE nodes maintained by 101 Delegates and elected by the Rise community who cast their votes using their Rise wallets. The vote weight of each wallet is in proportion to the amount of RISE it contains. This datacenter have level 3 compliance.They offer high-density power, redundancy, security and scalability : 4 vcore of E5-2640v4 intel Xeon 4GB RAM 2400 GHz 100GB SSD-s With unlimited bandwith, and with speed of 250MB/s Availability: 99.9% Scalability: We can expand our server in minutes! Our second server is located in Croatia datacenter with same specifications and also in level 3 datacenter. **Planned contribution** Secure RISE network with as many nodes as we can. We plan atleast 2 backup servers with best tools on market while we develop ours on RISE network. Develop apps on RISE network Our main focus will be on security of network. **How to vote for us** On RISE offical site (https://rise.vision/) there are wallets for everyone. You can use wallet on Windows,Linux and MAC or use browser based wallet. RISE team did excellent job making those wallet as user-friendly as possible so everyone ca use them! Just download the one which is best for you. We will cover the browser based one: **1) Open the wallet site** (https://wallet.rise.vision/) **2) Make new account**  **3) Save the passphrase** (on secure place - if you lose this you lose RISE)  **4)Confirm your passphrase** **5) You have made it!
