Using Steemit's Blockchain concept in my workplace (Daily Vlog #46)

As I learn more about Steemit and it's Blockchain possibilities and potential uses, I'm finding more and more ways to use the overall concept of Steemit and decentralisation in day to day life.

The company I work for has been going through a rough time in the last few months, after having their best year in the 30+ year history of the company last year, it is now going through one of the most testing periods.

I feel like I have a lot to offer in a time where the bosses are struggling to find solutions with the troubles we are having with quality, complacency and mistakes on a large scale.

After seemingly exhausting all options with repeated troubles, I feel that it's time for the company to sort of spread the accountability as well as give everyone an equal share of opportunity to offer ideas to bring the whole operation back to a winning race.

I expressed some ideas last year when I noticed things were in need of repair but because I am not in a position of direct authority, I was sort of shut down. But I'm a stubborn soul.

At the end of the day, it is my career that pays the bills and allows me to live the life that I do, so I feel a responsibility to protect that, along with my fellow workers.

So I've been looking for inspiration, finding a huge amount of it here on Steemit, and it's various platforms and it hit me. If a platform this size can successfully operate in so many different ways by being run by it's users equally. Why can't a smaller business find a similar success in using the same concept with it's employees?

My point exactly.

Tomorrow I will be speaking to my bosses about the idea, so we'll see how it goes, but I honestly think that allowing the many employees of the company to monitor each other and follow a similar suit to upvote desirable actions or workflow, downvote potential risks and bad habits, it should theoretically take care of efficiency problems with a while company working to run a sustainable network. And I think it's a perfect solution. Plus, by the general workers taking care of their own quality control and personal ratings, it takes stress off the bosses in a way that the company would self sustain and improve from within it's own core.

Any ideas or points you can help me with in this proposal to my bosses is more than welcome!

Wish me luck tomorrow!
