That's what I think too. The technical side looks just like how they add images and youtube videos right now,  and it's open source and just sitting there waiting.   It would solve most of the copyright and plagiarism problems by simply making it easier to share stuff legally. 

Link to this post in discussions and try to spread the word. It won't happen without people asking it.
