Some of my favorite flowers have bloomed again in the yard near the house. These are crocuses. Why do I love them? Probably because they are one of the first flowers to bloom in my yard. These flowers awaken a warm spring after a cold winter. It is so nice to go outside every morning and admire them. They immediately lift my spirits. Crocuses come in different varieties and colors. I have purple ones growing, but this year I saw a lonely little flower near the main group of flowers. I have a white crocus. It has a unique appearance. I still do not know where it came from and how it ended up in my flowerbed. But this is good news. I know that crocuses are used in medicine and cooking. The appropriate varieties of these flowers are suitable for cooking. They are used to make one of the most expensive spices in the world - saffron. To get 1 gram of spice, you need about 140-170 flowers. These are approximate figures. Therefore, these flowers are not only extremely beautiful, but also useful and valuable. However, I grow them only for pleasure) These flowers are unpretentious and very beautiful, so I recommend having them near your home, they are definitely worth your attention. Після тривалої перерви, я готова повернутися до Вас, мої любі друзі, з відкриттям нового сезону садівництва. Почну я з приємної новини. Біля будинку на подвір'ї знову розквіли одні з моїх улюблених квітів. Це крокуси. Чому я їх люблю ? Напевно тому, що це одні з перших квітів, які розквітають у мене на подвір'ї. Ці квіти пробуджують теплу весну після холодної зими. Так приємно кожного ранку виходити надвір і милуватися ними. Вони одразу піднімають мені настрій. Крокуси бувають різних сортів та кольорів. У мене ростуть фіолетові, але цього року я побачила самотню маленьку квітку неподалік основної групи квітів. У мене з'явився білий крокус. Неповторний вигляд. Так і не знаю звідки він і яким чином опинився у мене на клумбі. Але це приємна новина. Я знаю, що крокуси використовують в медицині та кулінарії. Для кулінарії підходять відповідні сорти цих квітів. З них роблять одну з найдожчих спецій у світі - шафран. Щоб отримати 1 грам спеції потрібно близько 140-170 квітів . Це приблизні цифри . Тому ці квіти не тільки надзвичайно красиві, а й корисні та цінні. Проте у мене вони ростуть тільки для задоволення) Ці квіти невибагливі та дуже гарні , тому я рекомендую мати такі у вас біля дому, вони точно варті вашої уваги.
