Most job seekers now go online to sort for any opening that suits their qualifications, the rate of unemployment is on the rise although most government and top institutions try to create more job opportunities.

#mycro is a peer to peer decentralized network envisioned to be the bridge linking job seekers and job providers in a trusted and secure platform. They aim to provide extra bucks for completing simple tasks in real time, and they intend to connect people from all works of life. As we all know *__time spent can never be recovered__*, most individuals who are buoyant do not have the time to do some tasks while those with all the time in the world to do theirs are not buoyant enough to live comfortably. 

There are lots of underlying issues that will be eradicated by #mycro which includes; high intermediary fees which sometimes are up to 30%, getting paid the right amount after job completion, releasing funds after job completion, decentralized ratings unlike conventional centralized platforms who run monopolized ratings, limited jobs available, and some job agencies have a selected few whose profile always pops which makes it difficult for newcomers to get something tangible.

With #mycro funds are safe, whenever a job is provided the provider's funds are held in an escrow account until the job is completed, after completion and he is satisfied the funds will be released to the account of the person who got the job done. With this there will be no issue of underpayment or delayed payment, both parties will be satisfied. The reason I love *mycro* is that users will have to go through know your customer checks to ensure clients are whom they say they are.

The #myo token will be used as the native token of the platform, it is a utility token created on the ethereum blockchain which makes it erc-20 compliant. It can be used by job seekers, job providers and outside the platform as well, the team has set protocols in place to improve the demand and value.
