It is necessary to know that everyone wont join you, everyone wont have the vision. Most people just want to keep complaining but when it comes down to doing anything about the situation then they falter.  You have to believe in yourself that; even if no one sees what you are up to, you keep doing it. I had an inner conviction when i was a child to learn only when nobody was around. So i would wake up very early in the morning, take my bath and have my studies. Immediately as I saw someone else awake, my concentration became divided and I would stop.

Everyone tells you that if you want to win you need to associate with winners and that is the exact thing you need to do. They say you are the average of your closest 5 friends and such a fact this is. 

Don't ever blame anyone or anything or any situation for your down falls but you. Everything that has happened in your life so far is the true reflection of your won efforts. Excuses are the easiest to come by and until you make up your mind to avoid the trap of excuses you will not able to achieve anything worthwhile .

In this life nobody cares about failure story unless that failure story makes you to win big. You have heard the story of Jack Ma, you have heard the story of lots of people who have hustled and made it but there are thousand and one more interesting stories that were never told or heard because their may characters gave up or possibly died trying. The bottom line is, nobody gives a damn until you win.

It is almost a cliche now that life is not a competition but how many of us actually live by this? 
Last week I was told of the way one young graduate committed suicide and it made me sad. Apparently he had completed school for 3 years without any form of employment and one day his friend teasingly told him he was employed. Looking at how well dressed the friend was, the guy believed the story and later he was found dead in his room.  It was sad but it leads to the question, why border about the employment of others? Don't you all live on your own timelines? 

That is the problem, many of us just live reactionary life instead of proactive ones. We hardly make decisions except when we see others do same. We are so moved by what others do that we seem to enjoy the failure of others. We group and backbite about it with happy tone when we should be busy with our own plans. It is difficult if not impossible for you to win with this attitude and if you must change anything, it is this. 

Most often than not, we are told that we are what we think and if you change your mind you have changed your world. We almost recite this now but how many of us really work with this? We still largely go about with the negative energy of fear, doubt etc and this negative energies only drain us. You are too scared to do anything and so you end up doing nothing.  In the worse case, people just get married to mediocre. They now love and feel good with her because they are in bed with her. Come on! If everyone was to be okay with 'okay', would I be able to reach you with this word today?  I am sure we would still be wearing leaves and shooting each other with spears and arrows.

You've got to realize just how powerful our minds can be. Leave your room and take a look at the world. Take a look at the buildings and everything and as yourself where were all this. If fact take a look at the very phone or laptop you are reading this on right now and ask yourself, where did it come from. Yes, the metals might have come from earth, the plastic might have come from trees or what ever but the invention is from the minds of people. People like you and I with blood in their veins and gray matter in their heads. 

The funny thing is that most of those people were described as mad because they dare to think the unthinkable, dream the unachievable and ventured into the unventurable (if that is a word). You may not have the same exact faculties as a genius but hey, you do not need to be a genius, you only have to be ready to do what it takes. 

Have a dream and map to getting there. The map could be a mental map or physical but it has to be there. You need to have things you refer to and this should be anything but the achievement of others. Don't judge yourself by what others have achieved but by how much you have achieved your set goals. Try to be a better version of yourself each day. Stay blessed and be motivated to do more.
