A true friend is someone who reaches for you hands but touch your heart. Many people are living a depressed life because they once allowed someone into their life and the results was catastrophic. I for one haven't had such an experience before and im new to the subject. Nevertheless, i have had several encounter with some depressed personalities and one thing i realized in each and every one of them was their inability to let anyone help them. They feel so much insecure that they have built a barricade around their lives not allowing anything in or out. They get eaten up by the very minute yet important things and are very much sunk into a pile of sorrows. Today i want to voice out some few things which i believe every one of my readers should pay key note to.

Before you get to the depressed state, i want you to write down a reset code for yourself. I love programming and i love how debugging is down. Many at times, i find myself deviating from who i really im due to the fact that i keep diaries. I realised that over the ages, my core values have changed from time to time and i wouldnt have even realised it if i had not kept a diary. Referencing your self from an older timeline with trust is one of the ways to solve depression. I  like reading about times when i was happiest to put my self in a happy state sometimes. Thats my reset button and once you do that, you are not far from being safe 

With hormone or pathological caused depression, the only solution is drugs and proper therapy.There arise a major challenge when there is no one there to encourage a depressed soul through such times. Its actually for them to adhere to instructions and take medications. That is when you and i come in. We need to be there to  give all the encouragement, support and motivation. 

Friends are only friends if they can withstand your repulsive nature and grow with you. Lets learn to be better friends and save souls. Depression kills more than bullets.
