#### Expected behavior
Due to the current layout, I believe that the expected behavior is that when a user clicks to take a snap it should be saved as the thumbnail picture, this is because it appears in the same place as when a thumbnail picture has been uploaded.  

Note: This could possibly be a suggestion to improve the UX, but the above is my assumption based on what is currently implemented. 

#### Actual behavior
When you click the take snap button after your video has been uploaded and you try to submit your video it informs you that you need to upload a thumbnail, this means that the take snap button is not automatically uploading the thumbnail image. 

#### How to reproduce
A) Enter the upload video page on d.tube and upload a video of your choice.
B) Whilst it's uploading complete the title and body field. 
C) When it's uploaded click take the snap button. 
D) You will see the that the snapped thumbnail image will appear on the right of the page, it appears when a thumbnail would appear when you upload it. 
E) Click submit at the bottom of the page
F) It will inform you that you need to upload a thumbnail. 

Another issue: Upon failure of submission the submit spinner remains at the top of the page in the step by step upload area, this only goes on submitting the video.
