Hello! 

My name is Todd and I am excited to be joining the Steemit community! 

I have a wildly creative mind and I am a problem-solver.  I live in the U.S. in a small farming community in New England with my husband of 20 years.  I am an insurance agent with a focus on helping people find the right health insurance.  I have a particular passion for helping people and offer advice and guidance to anyone who seeks it out. I also enjoy reading, cooking, entertaining and celebrating any occasion!

I own my own business and I have many decades of life experience.  I have spent a good deal of time in therapy due to childhood trauma so when I see people struggling with the "big questions" I am always willing to share the skills I've learned or offer a creative solution to any problem.  

I am an eternal optimist and truly believe that we create our own reality so anything is possible if we can simply move our baggage out of the way!  

I in my spare time I love to write.  I mostly write blogs for my business website and I also enjoy creating & sending greeting cards or handwriting letters (snail mail) to a few older relatives.  I have a dream of writing and publishing a book one day but the cost of doing so and the time investment in completing such a large project prevent any progress.  I imagine that after retirement, I will have more time to devote to this and other projects.

I have been interested in cryptocurrency since I purchased my first bitcoins for years ago and watched the price rise, fall and rise and fall again.  I found Steemit about a month ago and I think we are "a match made in heaven!"  Finally I have a place (a community) where I can express myself through my writing and interact with other like-minded people on a variety of different topics and obtain and support a new blockchain!

Thank you for reading this and I look forward to getting more involved with the Steemit community and making some new friends along the way.  Most of all I am eager to see how this platform grows and develops.  I hope you will all welcome this old guy and follow, comment and upvote!   I shall endeavor to do the same.
