Steemit can be a very hard place as a Minnow or someone brand new to the system. Lines of support have grown and groups have formed to help new members feel more at home, I feel this is helping more people stick out the early Steemit grind.

It can be VERY tempting to make content around certiant topics or manipulate your work towards getting better votes when starting out because you see what gets support and many times, you're getting none at all. 

I feel changing your work for bigger payouts early will lead to long term burn out and anger. You see many people who have left Steemit during this bear market who fall under that catagory.

Staying true to yourself and making content you want to make and enjoy making will allow you to grind out any situation because it's a passion project. 

Staying true to yourself is the smartest move you can make in blockchain content creation.
