This video is my review of Part 1 of ONO Whitepaper. https://youtu.be/XepTAORPLhY >ONO is a social network based on blockchain technology which focuses on the value of attention and offers a free, decentralized social platform to a new generation of users. The first part of Ono White Paper is a Brief Introduction to the project and it talks about ONO's Principles, Pain Points, User Demand and ONO’s Solutions.
Principles
* Freedom * Equality * Attention. * Compassion. * Energy * Social public governance You can use the mnemonic FEACES to remember these principles. I'm not implying that these principles are shit. These principles resonate with me and it's just a fun way to remember

Pain Points
A pain point is simply a problem that entrepreneurs try to solve. Entrepreneurs will create value for others and for themselves in the process of solving that problem. ONO will not only solve the problems associated with centralized systems but also aims to solve the problems with decentralized social media like Steemit.
Low-Quality Content:
Low-Quality Content is a Pain point and it due to * lack of incentives for content creators, and * the negative motives of the datacenters who are just interested in the quantity and not quality of posts.
Lack of Care:
Centralised social media(like facebook) don't care about their users and they are only interested selling their private data to advertisers. Centralised social media(like facebook) exploit the freedom of users by censoring content which they like and promoting content which advertisers pay for and shoving it to peoples faces. This is also a pain point.
Conflict of interest and lack of a shared common goal:
In a platform like Facebook, there is no synergy and there is a sort of conflict of interest. Facebook doesn't care about anything but to harvest your organs, sorry your data and sell them and you don't really care about Facebook. You are just there because you have been turned into an addict by their very efficient algorithm.
There are not enough questions:
Centralised social media doesn't inspire you to be critical your thinking. **Pain Points for Users:** Cannot effectively monetize their blogs because the system makes it difficult **Pain Points for Developers:** In the current system, developers pay high fees to get their apps into the system. Such high fees are discouraging.

User Demand
This is basically all about what users want. Users want a platform that fosters High-Quality Content, Safety and Free Social Experience and Equality and Respect.
Content Creators
**Content Creators** need >*"a simple, transparent and effective profit-sharing mechanism"*
Needs of Developers
**Developers** need >*"a free or extremely low issuance sub-accounts, low commission and constant developer support within the network"*

ONO's Solution

Reputation Mechanism
ONO is going to have a reputation system where the reputation of users rises or falls based on the interaction on thier blogs. #Fluactuating reputation.
Distribution Mechanism
The distribution of funds in the ONO ecosystem is going to be based on the user behavior, reputation and attention.
ONOT/Incentive Mechanism
ONOT is going to be the native currency of the ONO platform and it will serve as a distribution mechanism for a reward to content creators, community builders and developers who build third-party applications. The distribution mechanism will be done using smart contracts
Referendum/Consensus Mechanism
ONO users that have verified identities will be able to vote in a referendum style for proposals in the ONO network. They can vote on a budget, project execution, and dispute resolution.
My Box
My Box is ONO's solution to Developers. ONO will support third-party dApp developers to participate and build applications. ONO will support these developers with ONOT.

Source
[ONO Whitepaper](https://medium.com/@ONOsocial/ono-white-paper-e33102d3aad5)

Social
👫👭👬 Please subscribe to my youtube channel [Youtube](https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCNtWHxjZ9DAKYYhnDOX46dg/featured?view_as=subscriber) And follow me these other social media [Instagram]( https://www.instagram.com/tojukaka) [Twitter](https://twitter.com/tojukaka2013) [Facebook](https://www.facebook.com/tojukaka) [LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com/in/toritseju-kaka-382429b4/) [Steemit.com](https://steemit.com/@tojukaka) [Busy.org](https://busy.org/@tojukaka) Leave an honest comment on my blog and you may just get some $$$/upvotes

[Tojukaka Daily Crypto Show](steemit.com/@tojukaka)
