And another day with good intentions, so another healthy juice. Today i make a red beet, carrot and pineapple juice. A always add 2 cm piece of ginger in every juice i make because i like it a bit spicy.  I was told that when you make a juice, you shouldn’t use more then 4 to 5 ingredients to get the best result.  I used half of the pineapple, 4 carrots and 2 beets.  Cut of the peel of the pineapple. For the carrots and the beets i leave the peel on. Also my ginger i put in the slowjuicer with peel.  Looks great no? A bit like Dracula’s everyday cocktail.👹  I have more then half a liter if juice with these ingredients. And it tastes great. Nice and sweet, plenty of beet flavour and the spicyness of the ginger.😋 For me, a winner. Cheers
