My Today's 10K Race... AND THE WINNER IS...
Well, despite the strong winds we have this morning (I think we have to see what happens at the https://www.windguru.cz/48887 because they failed terribly on its weather prediction this time) and the bad feelings I got on my last training workouts, I think I've managed to get a good time at this race this morning:

<center>![](https://steemitimages.com/DQmfFfPUqDndqxuHT9Nj9uHgNczaLjfLY7S72eEup2e4ohA/image.png)</center>

I passed the 5K mat with a very good register of 18'04''.

I felt strong and comfortable but then, the race has become more complicate, more changes of directions and continuos up and down slopes made me degradate a little bit my pace, losing 26'' during the second half of the race:

<center><h2>Finally my time has been 36'30''</h2></center>

That's not a bad register since, as I said, the track was not as good as expected this year and the weather conditions were not the best.

Actually, today's winner did 30'33'' while the best time of this race used to be further below that time.

I finished the number 132 and the number 37 of my category.

<h4>According to STRAVA these have been my splits or Lap time a km:</h4>

<h4>... and these are my Heart Frequency and Pace charts versus time</h4>

<h4>All in all, I am very satisfied with my time</h4>
Even if I am far from my best time, I cannot complain since the time, believe me or not, I am dedicating to running this season is 3/4 the time I used to dedicate last one...
And the most important... **I am free of injures!!!!!**

<h2>...and the winner of the contest is...</h2>
