There is a possibility that there are people who really are hot-tempered.There are also people who are longsuffering, et cetera. It depends upon what is encoded in that generation. There are men who prefer evil than good. John 3:12-

"And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil."
 
People who are accustomed to evil will not love life, they will choose evil more than what is good. Isaiah 5:20-

"Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!"

Ephesians 2:2-

"Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience"

God made all of us upright but eventually the world was corrupted by Satan. Proverbs 30:11-

"There is a generation that curseth their father, and doth not bless their mother."

Proverbs 30:12-

"There is a generation that are pure in their own eyes, and yet is not washed from their filthiness."

There is a generation of hypocrites, they are pure in their own eyes, but they are not washed. Proverbs 30:13-

"There is a generation, O how lofty are their eyes! and their eyelids are lifted up."

Proverbs 30:14-

"There is a generation, whose teeth are as swords, and their jaw teeth as knives, to devour the poor from off the earth, and the needy from among men."

There are different races of people  corrupted by the ideas of Satan, thinking that they are far more superior than others. That’s why there are generations who are practicing racial discrimination, but there is hope. Let God encode in you the information that comes from Him: His thoughts, His will which will eradicate all evil.
