Firstly, I have followed  you, as you have posted content in line with my interests, and I hope this will motivate you as you are starting to gain Steam on SteemIt. Secondly, yes, I assure you this post was written 100% by me. I LOVE writing, and so composing these longer format, and more deeply researched, posts is a pleasurable use of my time. It's even more pleasurable when people find value in them. Your ReSteem is definitely appreciated. That will ATLEAST enable people to find the post in the future when they find your profile. As for compensation after the seven day window, I ReSteemed a recent post (look at my profile) by @darkerhorse (right above this post on my profile page) which addresses this very issue, and proposes a fine solution. I would check out that post. I am not so much concerned with physical money ("currency") as I am with the "currency" of people attention. I do INDEED gain a LOT by having new "higher minded" people like yourself discover, enjoy, and follow my work, so on that front, all is good in the multiverse...
