Good day dear mates! Today I want to tell you about restaurant which is located at the first floor of the Westin hotel in Leipzig.  We visited it on one of our days in Leipzig. So [Gusto reataurant](https://www.westin-leipzig.de/en/restaurant-gusto/) has  two separated areas. One of them lounge zone located on the balkony. The second one closer to the kitchen, larger and can  accommodate more people, and our dinner just took place in this part of the restaurant.

But I think enough about interior and let's move to it's dishes!
At this time I ordered mashed pumpkin soup with meat in batter.
And chicken with mashed potatoes.

The serving of the soup was very original and unusual.

First, we were given a plate with meat in batter seasonings and herbs. And only then the waiter filled the plate with soup. In my opinion, the soup turned out to be very tasty and nutritious. The delicate creamy taste was felt and juicy meat became a wonderful addition to this soup.

If we talk about the main dish, then it also turned out to be delicious.

The chicken was well done. Mashed potatoes were not dry. And the sauce perfectly complemented the ingredients of the dish and made the chicken taste bright and memorable!

As a conclusion I want to say that in chef  menu of Gusto restaurant which was made by Sebastian Zange you can find not only usual but also vegan or vegetarians palates. Also In acompany with fine selection wines this combination can leave visitors delighted with the Gusto restaurant! And I want to mention that even SEO of Dimler whom I've seen there by myself sometimes visit Gusto.
