# Changes to Our Protocol
The only thing that has really been changed in that time, is that we now re-steem posts which feature 2 or more members of *The Tribe*. For example, when @terrybrock [did an interview with](https://steemit.com/steemit/@terrybrock/making-a-living-on-steemt-top-3-tips-on-steemit-from-kenny-palurintano) @kennyskitchen, we re-steemed it; when @erikaharris [did an interview with](https://steemit.com/steemit/@erikaharris/check-out-my-not-chat-with-starr-o-hara) @lesliestarrohara, we re-steemed it, and so on.

##### This has been done for 2 reasons:
1. Now that @tribesteemup is getting followers of our own, these re-steems should help expand the reach of everyone in *The Tribe*.
2. When we leave a comment on the post, stating that we are now re-steeming it, there is an opportunity for us to receive author rewards, thus generating more abundance for *The Tribe*.

# Moving Forward:
Our creator, @kennyskitchen, is making a series of videos, to better explain how we operate, and some of the technical points required for someone to get involved with a project like this (like delegating SP, setting a witness vote proxy, transferring STEEM/SBD, and more)

My programmed focus is on high-quality content, from under-recognized content creators, and more specifically on those who create content related to:
