Self awareness is something that I take a great deal of pride in.

I feel that in today's society of hyperconnectivity and hyper access to content and consumption of all forms, we are all stuck in these modes of thinking.

We are stuck thinking in weird ways.

We are stuck and we are unaware of our own feelings and actions for much of the time.

To change this, we need to learn self-awareness through daily practice.

In my life, I have found that gaining self awareness comes down to several factors.

There are a lot of factors at play when trying to build the momentum of being self-aware.

One thing that helps me in a big way is to write down my thoughts constantly.

I am constantly writing and recording my feelings and my thoughts about several things.

Doing this allows me to identify a lot of different areas, shortcomings and strengths in my life!
