Getting over your fears is a topic that is so commonly talked about.

People love to say that you should get over your fears and just do what you want to do but so few people actually follow through on the ideal.

When you learn to follow through, you gain a real insight into yourself and who you truly are.

I’m talking about the moment when you realize that your fears are bullshit.

That your fears have no grounding in reality.

Your fears are only in your head.

You know at the core of your being what is right and what isn’t. 

When you just do what you know is right, then you become who you should become.

It’s a real freeing feeling, knowing that you can just be you and live life on your own terms!
