<br> The [Institute for the Study of Free Enterprise](https://fe.okstate.edu/) and the [Free Enterprise Society](https://fe.okstate.edu/fes) of Oklahoma State University, in cooperation with the [Young America’s Foundation](https://www.yaf.org/), sponsored a lecture by Josh Hammer on Monday, 10/4/21, on the campus of Oklahoma State University. Josh is a constitutional attorney, scholar, speaker, and writer. He discussed Brandeisian norms of "laboratories of democracy" within the context of state-by-state cannabis legalization (despite the federal government's continued criminalization of cannabis), along with *Gonzales v. Raich,* the 14th Amendment, and Federalist No. 45.
