But as I starved, my body resistance decreased and I felt sluggish. I have a soup recipe that I call a savior on days like this. I love this cold soup, which is one of the recipes I consume the most this summer. It is both very satisfying and delicious, and it is like a miss with its cool mint scent on summer days. Today, I prepared this soup for myself and while I was ready, I wanted to share it with you. Even though there is so much to write about, I can't find enough energy myself. However, I would like to give you the recipe for this beautiful soup. I am sure you will love it! ***cold soup recipe*** First of all, we boil the wheat and wait for it to cool. Then we mix yoghurt and water in a plate, get a watery consistency, and add Wheat to the mixture. Finally, we add a little dry mint, a little fresh mint and salt and mix. And ready! All that remains is to cool it in the fridge. Believe me, it's like a miss, I definitely recommend you to try it. Bon appetit now! TR🇹🇷 --- --- Tüm gün neredeyse hiç yemek yemedim diyebilirim. Hasta olduğum günlerde canım hiçbir şey yemek istemiyor en sevdiğim yemekler bile lezzetsiz geliyor. Fakat aç kaldıkça vücut direncim düştü ve kendimi halsiz hissettim. Böyle günlerde kurtarıcı dediğim bir çorba tarifim var. Bu yaz en çok tükettiğim tariflerden biri olan bu soğuk çorbayı inanılmaz seviyorum. Hem çok doyurucu hemde çok lezzetli ayrıca yaz günlerinde serin serin naneli kokusuyla miss gibi oluyor. Bugün yine bu çorbadan hazırladım kendime ve hazır yapmışken sizlerle de paylaşmak istedim. Yazacak çok şey olsa da kendim de yeterli enerjiyi bulamıyorum. Yinede sizlere bu güzel çorbanın tarifini vermek isterim. Eminim çok seveceksiniz! ***Soğuk çorba tarifi ;*** Öncelikle Buğdayları haşlayıp soğuması için beklemeye alıyoruz. Ardından bir tabak içerisinde yoğurt ve suyu karıştırıp sulu kıvam elde ediyoruz ve karışımın içerisine Buğdayları ekliyoruz. Son olarak biraz kuru nane biraz yaş nane ve tuzu ekleyip karıştırıyoruz. Ve hazır! Geriye sadece dolapta soğutmak kalıyor. İnanın miss gibi oluyor mutlaka denemenizi tavsiye ediyorum.
