How are you? I hope you are fine. Today I will be sharing the evening menu that I have prepared with you. I used my choice tonight for the incredibly delicious Fajita. Besides its taste, isn't the visual quite colorful and appetizing? I love the look of colored peppers. That's why I'm happy with my choice tonight because food is not only a necessity for me, but also a pleasure!


I am very happy when I eat, so meal times and preparation are very important to me. In general, I love to eat so much, although I want to make sure that it is healthy, sometimes I exceed this limit. I live in Turkey and Turkish cuisine is incredibly diverse and delicious. We have dishes and desserts that are famous around the world, especially Kebab and Baklava. Of course, I love the food of my country, but I am also very interested in world cuisine. I especially love Mexican food. ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ๐Ÿ’ฅ


Let's move on to my Fajita recipe, which is my choice for today's Tez-Mex cuisine!

***Necessary materials ;***


* 500 gr. Veal
* Red, Green, Yellow pepper
* grated garlic
* Salt, pepper, thyme
* Olive oil

We start our meal by marinating our meats. For the marinating process, we add the spices, Garlic grated and olive oil and mix. While mixing, please be careful so that all the ingredients are evenly distributed over the meat. After making the mixture, we close the lid and leave the soldiers to rest in the cupboard for at least 2 hours.

While the meat is resting in the fridge, let's prepare our peppers. Let's wash the peppers carefully and clean the insides.

Finely chop the cleaned peppers in Julian shape.

Let's take our rested meat into our preheated pan at high temperature and start cooking. The meat will give its juice, in the meantime, let's stir the meat often so that everything is cooked evenly.

Let's throw our peppers into the meat that has absorbed the water and mix it. Then, let's close the lid of the pan and continue cooking so that the peppers soften. Let's check our peppers and meat and take our food from the stove. Note that the peppers must not be overcooked!

At the last stage, I preferred to serve with lavash bread and yoghurt for service. Put the meat in the bread and dip it in some yogurt. Incredibly delicious! I highly recommend adding yogurt.

I used to use wine or Soy sauce in this dish before, but today I didn't add it because it's not at home. Add it if you wish. I hope you try it and love it as much as I do. I loved it, I ate and I wrote it!
