True Flip starts the crowdsale at 12:00 UTC, June 28 at [ico.trueflip.io](ico.trueflip.io).
 
We aim to distribute 70% of the TFL tokens priced at BTC 0,0005 per 1 TFL. The overall amount of the tokens issued during the ICO is 21 000 000 and there will be no further tokens issued in the future. TrueFlip's goal is to obtain a total of up to BTC 6125.
 
We'll accept BTC, ETH, LTC and DASH in exchange for the tokens.
 
The early bird bonus is determined by the following milestones:
- 30% in TFL’s added to the received tokens during 0-1000 BTC stage
- 20% during 1000-2000 BTC stage
- 10% during 2000-3000 BTC stage
- 5% during 3000-5000 BTC stage
 
At the end of the Token Sale the remaining unsold tokens will be burned and the share of all Token holders will be proportionally increased, depending on the outstanding package.
The main targets of ICO are:
Forming of the largest ever online lottery Jackpot
Further decentralization and technical development according to the general strategy
Extending the number of supported languages
Raising funds for the promotional campaign among a wider audience
 
TFL’s provide their holders with the following opportunities and benefits:
- 15% of each ticket sold are distributed daily with the holders, payments take place 4 times a year (every quarter).
- TFL will be listed on major exchanges (the exact platforms will be determined within 2 weeks following the ICO finish)
- The holders get the ability to participate in making the key business decisions
 
20% of the general token amount is reserved for the Team: we get 20% of these at the end of the crowdsdale, 40% after achieving development KPI's and 40% in a year after the ICO.
Another 10% of tokens are allocated to finance the bounty company, escrow services and other related costs.
The obtained funds are protected in an escrow account that will be released in defined cases, described in the White Paper. The raised funds can only be accessed with the consent of at least two of the three signees and when all the conditions are met.
The lottery's Draw transparent code is released on Github.
TrueFlip resides in Costa Rica, where legislation allows online lotteries. The team is multinational.

Ok, so how do I start?
 
1. Use your existing BTC, ETH, LTC or DASH wallet or get one registered. We advise to use the official solutions related to your chosen type of coins. For Ethereum in particular we recommend MyEtherWallet, Parity, Metamask or Mist. With each respective wallet mentioned having tutorials on their websites on how to set up an Ethereum wallet.

2. Make sure there are enough coins on your balance to buy the desired amount of TFL tokens.

3. Go to ico.trueflip.io and fill in the form:
Step 1 -- Confirm your agreement with the terms and conditions;
Step 2 – Create an account on TrueFlip (in case you haven’t yet);
Step 3 -- Set your transaction options;

4. Wait for the transaction being processed (in case you didn’t move coins to your True Flip account prior to the ICO);

5. Login to your True Flip account to find the TFLs received through the ICO funding. Every TFL token holder has a personal panel with all data proven with blockchain:
- Your TFL tokens amount;
- Token value;
- Your percentage of TFL tokens compared to the overall token amount;
- The bonuses earned;
- Transactions history (purchases, withdrawals, bonuses etc.)

 6. Relax, as you’ve done everything right and own the tokens now :)
 

What’s next then?

1. We will do our best to get listed on major exchanges asap;

2. It’s up to you whether to sell the tokens or keep ‘em;

3. The dividend payments are distributed 4 times a year for each token owned (every quarter)
