Physical exercise is necessary for maintaining good health. However, it can be challenging for some people due to their nature of work. It seems easier for those having a more routinised work schedule such as during the weekdays, the office hours are from nine morning till five in the afternoon. It means that they can schedule an exercising time such as before going to work or after work. As for those who operate by flexible hours, they still need to exercise. Being flexible in doing exercise may not be good for health if it becomes too irregularly. Perhaps, they can still try to maintain certain regularity with a bit of flexibility. By being regular can mean walking with a targeted number of steps daily. Beside that, they may exercise differently from time to time if there are facilities such as swimming pool, treadmill etc at a hotel during their out-stationed work. Instead of outdoor walking, they can swim or have treadmill walking. Whatever pattern of exercise we have chosen, it is necessary to be determined to put into practice. 运动对于保持身体健康是必要的。然而由于各人工作性质不同,对一些人来说保持经常运动可能是颇大的挑战。那些拥有规律工作时间表的人来说似乎比较容易,例如在工作日的办公时间是从上午九点到下午五点。这意味着他们可以把运动安排在上班前或下班后。 对于那些从事的工作需要灵活时间表的人,他们仍然需要运动。如果运动变得过于不规则,那么所谓灵活的运动时间反可能不利于健康。或许,他们的运动仍然可以保有一点灵活性及一些规律性。 定期运动可以意味着每天要走路达到多少步。除此之外,如果到了有设施的地方公幹如游泳池、跑步机等,那个时段则可以选择游泳或跑步机以代替经常的户外跑步或走路。 无论我们选择什么样的运动模式,而重要的是必须有决心付诸实践。
