Service is necessary in different sectors nowadays. There are voluntary as well as paid services. Those who render service voluntarily find fulfilment in serving others even though there isn’t any monetary return. As for those who render paid service, they are more inclined to find satisfaction by getting monetary return. Whether it is voluntary or paid service, it requires dedication of serving the needy or the clients. 

I am impressed to see people rendering voluntary service to the needy sacrificially. I am also satisfied with people who are committed in serving the clients despite thinking of monetary reward. However, I do experience unsatisfactory service rendered although we have to pay for the service. 

One of the bad experiences was with a Grab driver. I must say most of our experiences with the Grab drivers are satisfactory. At time, we have enjoyed excellent service. However, we did experience a Grab driver who has failed the minimal expectation. We were using Grab for our ride to an airport. It happened that he was about to crash with another vehicle, my wife alerted him. He did not feel appreciative, but complained my wife for interrupting his driving. I tried to reason with him but he was annoyed. Then I chose to apologise to maintain harmony. By the time we reached the airport, he did not come down to help us to move our luggages. My wife had to approached him to do so. I do hope that he can be a better driver in future, but certainly we are not satisfied with his service and attitude.

我们几乎每天都需要不同领域的服务，其中包括了义务和有酬劳服务。即使没有任何金钱回报，也会有人乐以义务助人。对于那些提供有酬劳服务的人来说，他们会倾向因回酬而获得满足感。无论是自愿服务还是有酬劳的服务，都必竟需要为有需要的人或客户提供有关服务。

看到人们乐意牺牲地为有需要的人提供志愿服务，我会特别印象深刻。尽管很多人会考虑金钱回报，我还是会满意那些致力于为客户服务的人。尽管我们会为獲得服务付费，我确实有遇过令人不满意的服务。

其中一个糟糕的经历是来自乘坐 Grab。我体验了大部份的 Grab 司机的服务都令人满意，甚至有时候得享优质的服务；然而我们遇到了一个未能达到最低期望的 Grab 司机服务。我们有一次乘坐 Grab 往机场，司机差点碰撞到另一辆车，我的妻子提醒他。他没有感激，反而抱怨妻子影响他的驾驶。我试着跟他说理，他却生气；然后我为了保持和谐而道歉。当我们到达机场时，他没有下来帮助我们搬运行李，妻子不得不找他帮忙。虽然我还是希望他以后能成为好司机，但我们这次並不满意他的服务及态度。
