It is common to face obstacles in our endeavour, and it probably happens more frequently while using the modern gadgets today. However, we should not easily give up, but rather keep attempting until the obstacles are tackled. I would like to share one of my experiences in trouble shooting. 

My wife is attending courses which would last for about ten days. And she has to use my laptop to access the internet. However, there is no wifi provision for the participants of the courses. The only option is for her to use the hotspot of her smartphone, so that the laptop can utilise the mobile phone data. 

Although I was not used to her phone, I was eager to help so that she can use the laptop to browse the website for necessary research. After several attempts, I was not successful in overcoming one of the obstacles in her phone. Then, I made an attempt to call the hotline that provides support for her type of mobile phone. The staff was kind but we still couldn’t resolve the problem. We had to temporarily end our trouble shooting conversation. 

Prior for the staff to calling back for further instruction, I tried to access my wife’s phone. Then I discovered something which has led to the solution of the problem. When the staff called back, I could happily tell her that the problem was resolved. 

Therefore, it is vital to have perseverance as we face obstacles from time to time. Without easily giving up, many obstacles can indeed be overcome. 

我们在生活的路上，经常会遇到障碍；而且在使用先进小工具时，可能会更频繁地碰到故障。然而我们不应轻易放弃，反要继续尝试，直到解除障碍。我想分享一个克服故障的经验。

我的妻子正在参加一个约十天的课程，而她必须使用我的笔记本电脑以便在互联网查询资料。但是，主辦单位没有给参与课程者提供无线上网，因此她必须使用个人智能手机的热点，以便联接到笔记本电脑进行无线上网。

我尝试帮助她，以便她可以使用笔记本电脑浏览网站进行研究，但是我却不习惯使用她那个品牌的手机。经过多次尝试，我还是不能克服她手机的一个障碍。然后，我尝试拨打热线电话，以便解决困难，工作人员很友善，但是仍然无法解决问题；结果我们只好暂时终结对话。

在獲得工作人员回电给予进一步指导之前，我试图进一步掌握妻子的手机；後来我终于发现了解决该故障的方法。当工作人员回电话，我则很高兴地告诉她问题已经解决了。

在我们不时遇到障碍时必须要坚持不懈。如果不轻易放弃，我们确实可以克服许多障碍。
