Hello Everyone, It's with great pleasure that am welcoming everyone to my blog and I hope you're all doing well and having a great day. It is another beautiful day to share with you all about the new development regarding my garden.   It is new that I have always make sure for everyone to know how much I love farming and I always preach about it in some of my post for people to embrace it. Practicing farming, either small garden or big will give you the opportunity to plant your food yourself and this will save you from getting it costly from the market as you will be eating a fresh and first hand veggies or any crops, though that depends on which crops or vegetable you decide to plant. Some weeks ago, the planting season started again for this year due to some heavy rain downpour that fell consecutively and that's what really motivated me to sow maize seeds and some veggies in my garden. After I planted the maize, it took a while before another rain fall and this affect some of the maize that I planted as I have to replant some of them and I even made a post about it. Though before I replant the maize, I have to wait for the rain to fall again and I replanted some of the maize when the rain later fall. The style in which the rain is falling this year especially in my area has not been promising as it is affecting agriculture activities and this is giving me a great concern. The rain stopped again after I have replanted the maize. Though everyone of the maize that I replanted happened to sprout but their growth has not been promising due to lack of rain downpour.   Some days ago, the rain felled and I am happy that it will aid the growth of my plants in my garden. Due to lack of rain downpour,the maize in my garden has not been growing uniformly and you can see the huge difference in the picture. But am good with it in as much they stay healthy and survive.  When I looked around my garden today, I noticed that the maize plants and the veggies have been outgrown buy some wild plants which I have to removed one by one through hand picking. Both the jute mallow and spinach are looking good and fresh and I believe that since I have removed some weeds in my garden, this will give the little maize plants the much needed air and space to grow faster.
