# The PermaCryptoFolio experiment
The PermaCryptoFolio experiment is a passive investment strategy, which invests in Bitcoin, Altcoins and Cash (US-Dollar) with the aim to outperfom a simple Bitcoin-"BuyAndHold" strategy.

Today I introduced the 3 different portfolios "NEMO", "DORY" and "FLIPPER". 

# The NEMO depot

"Nemo" is small, but clever, and for NEMO depot the same applies. NEMO depot will invest 1/3 in Bitcoin, 1/3 in the major 8 altcoins and 1/3 in cash (US-Dollar) with an initial investment of 1 Bitcoin. The depot is traded on Bittrex exchange. This experiment starts on 1st of september 2016. # The DORY depot

"Dory" likes it simple, and the DORY depot is very simple. DORY depot will invest 50% in Bitcoin and 50% in US Dollar with an initial investment of 1 Bitcoin. The depot is traded on Kraken exchange. This experiment starts on 1st of september 2016. # The FLIPPER depot

"Flipper" is friendly and sympatic as Nemo, but much stronger. Same applies for the FLIPPER portfolio. FLIPPER depot will also invest 1/3 in Bitcoin, 1/3 in the major 8 altcoins and 1/3 in cash (US-Dollar, but with an initial investment of 12 Bitcoin. The depot is traded on Poloniex exchange, but for security reasons the invested funds are withdrawn to cold wallets. This experiment starts on 1st of september 2016.
