I was watching steemit tutorials and came across a lot of steemians who have created their YouTube channels. The notable names are [Jerry Banfield](https://steemit.com/@jerrybanfield/ ), [Trevon James](https://steemit.com/@trevonjb), [Craig Grant](https://steemit.com/@craig-grant) and some others.  All these guys are doing a great job and watching their videos is always helpful. I recommend subscribing to their YouTube channels and it will help you with your Steemit journey. 

Today, I came across another YouTube channel and though it was not as famous name for me as the other ones mentioned above, still the video that I watched is worth-sharing. The guy posts under the name of [Seth Tomilson](https://steemit.com/@sethlinson) and this video at [his YouTube channel](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FLsPI65HzPI) explains the Steemit Voting Power the best possible way!
