God has blessed humans with mind. It is the highly developed nervous system that distinguishes humans from the rest of animals. The creative ,critical and  rational thinking depend upon sharpness of mind.  The mind gets sharp with exposure,learning and evolving.And its the sharp mind that helps us in taking right decision whenever time comes to decide.

Not everyone possess the power of decision making. People fumble whenever they are supposed to make a decision. Due to lack of exposure and responsibility carrying opportunity,they shiver at tge time of decision making abd vecome unable to make rational decisions. Decision-making ability is both a god-gifted quality and a learning property.

According to me we learn decision making by our atmosphere. The challenging atmosphere compels us yo make hard decisions. Decisions might be wrong butvwe learn from them. We identify our mistakes and try not ti repeat them in our next decisions. Contrast to this, a relaxing atmosphere never encounters you with emergency situations where yiu have ti take immediate actions and yiur decision-making gets affected.


The role of parents and schools is also very important. Every human has a mind which is to be used for decision-making. It is the responsibility of parents and schools to sharpen the minds of kids and compel them to situations where they can make decisions. Usually, parents impose their will on their kids and do not listen to what their kids want or what their attributes are. The role of parents in the maturity of their kids is significant. So, kids who are allowed to express their will and can make decisions without getting scolded, have a better chance to make effective and rational decisions in emergencies rather than the kid who was never given a free hand to decide. He will get panicked when there is time to hold his nerves tight.

Similarly, schools shape one’s personality by developing one’s mind. The role of school is not just to provision of curricular education but also groom one’s abilities. Confidence and knowledge are two essentials for decision making and schools are the best place to these two qualities.And I am glad to declare that i have been lucky enough to get suitable atmosphere in schools and encouraging motivation from my parents.

My parents always taught me. They used to give me life lessons. My father guides me on almost every matter from politics to games to business and life’s other matters but he never imposed his will on me. He always kept the decision on me and always supported me. Due to such encouragement, I have been very decisive. Although I take time in making decisions that may be life-changing there used to be no hesitation. There might be a delay in my decisions but this delay would not be due to any reluctance but as a precaution.

While making decisions, I check two parameters. One is what benefit will this decision will give me in longer run?  And second is Am i happy with it?  My every decision depends on these twi pqrameters and if the answer to then is yes, I immediately take decisions. And once i make any decision,i stay committed unkess i feel that success ratio of this is even below 1%.
