Learning is a continuous process; it's not a destination but a journey. The more you travel on the path of knowledge, the more breathtaking the views become.

This is quite similar to the quote I shared with you on Monday. It deals with the journey, and our chance to enjoy the journey. It is a ride we are supposed to enjoy, and even though we feel tempted to focus on the destination, it gets much more fun if we enjoy the ride.

We have often done some quite long family trips by car in which we drive for 10-12 hours. It can be stressful with kids around, and we are clearly focusing on the destination. But, if we are able to focus on actually enjoying the ride itself, it becomes so much easier to have fun and enjoy the car trip.

I should also metnion that the more you decide to enjoy the ride, the easier and funnier it gets. So also with knowledge. As you learn more and as you enjoy the ride, you will see so much more along the way. If you are depressed, you only look at the asphalt while trying to reach the goal.

As you open your eyes and look in different directions during the ride, you will discover so much more. As a result, you will learn even more, because you enjoy doing it and you are determined not only to reach your goal, but to enjoy the process of learning.
