Why Don't eat beef Important to Hindu 

When India was not developed, when the medical facility wasn't advanced, many women used to die during giving birth.
Still today, in many rural areas, this issue exists. Sometimes, many female members of the family, 
who is currently breast feeding to her own child, breastfeeds the unfortunate infant too. 
Else, if no such condition is available, the child is fed cow milk. Literally, the unfortunate infant grows up by feeding the milk from a cow. 
It happens often, even after so many years of Independence.This aspect, by which the child survives on cow milk, makes people spiritually consider cow as mother. 
Now, the question may arise, why only cow milk? Why not Buffalo or Goat milk? 
The Reason is, buffalo milk is too complex or rich with fat for the infant to digest, goat milk is not as rich as cow milk to give a healthy nutrition solely. If you consult any doctor, he/she will let you know that cow milk is more beneficial for an infant than buffalo milk.

Now the usefulness of cow is not only restricted to Hindus. In rural India, many Missionaries run Orphanage as well.  
Sometimes, even 2 or 3 days old child is also left on the doors of these Orphanages. The Padre or the nuns who run these missionaries purchase cow milk from the milkman to feed such small infants. An orphan is saved due to Cow milk.
A Cow is obviously the most useful domestic creature in India.

I am a Hindu from India living in a foreign country, Singapore, where the many people meal is always red meat either it is pork or beef, 
I always get this question from people around here about: Do Hindus worship cows?
All life on this planet coming from the earth.This body is same soil, that is also same soil but see How this is become, How that is become & How it is becomes 
Every life is happening the way it is happening because of a certain dimension of information or in modern terminology 
Let's call it certain software, which is an arrangement of information. 
In India, people have the very intimate relationship with the Cow.
They have drunk the milk from the cow, their children drinking milk of the cow, there is very deep relationship if you don't know of this  cow is one creature if something happens to you, you are some kind of grief & misery
wherever the cow in your house, It will start shedding tears for you. 
If it has such deep emotions, If you kill it, it's like you killing human being it's murdered.
There is a sensitivity Once you drink milk from a cow, She's like your mother ..killing your mother heating her up is something people can't digest in this country.
Still, people 80% belongs to that category & there is a huge emotion.

If you really value human freedom you must bring back the seeking for liberation 
I want to be free not just for others but for myself & my God & my heaven & everything because the god has never been the goal of to the culture .
