I truly apologize in advance. Having a timeout error from accessing the steemit API. Going to have to do some recoding. Please do not send funds to me until I give the OK that we're up and running again.

Update 51 minutes in: All transactions refunded. Using another RPC node currently. It is all up and running again so no transactions will be missed. I do however not have redundancy setup yet in case this happens in the future. I will be coding that as soon as possible.

Update day 3: The bot is being completely recoded. We'll have complete control over manipulating the memo so even if the link is slightly broken, we should still be able to upvote the link. At the same time I am getting more delegations again so we can get back up to a stable level. Also in progress, we'll be allowing busy.org link upvotes.
