***It's been 3 weeks since I logged a support ticket with Bittrex for them to adjust my SBD account after I sent an SBD transfer to my STEEM wallet by mistake - they are supposed to be able to fix this but they have been totally ignoring me for days. Today I opened an account with Binance and sent them some Crypto, only to have it disappear in to their system and they are ignoring me too!***  I know that many exchanges were closed to new registrations over the new year period and some still are, including bitfinex, bittrex and binance - they have all said that they have had such interest in opening new accounts that they needed to pause to expand their hardware systems to support the load. What they haven't said is that their support teams are now apparently non existent for existing customers. I'm not exactly sure how this is possible, since they must be making money 'hand over fist' and can easily afford to hire people to deal with support requests. It's not particularly inspiring that our money can just go 'missing' and those we are contracted with to deal with the issue simply ignore us. If anyone knows how to speed up their responses I'd appreciate some tips!
