As far as I can tell... this is like PokemonGo for dating. 

You fill out your profile and then you physically blow on your phone to spread your dandelion seeds out into the real world.

Areas with more than a 100 Whooo users are then considered hot spots that increase your chance of connecting.

There are a few popular dating apps at the moment that are location based, some you have to legitimately pass the person during the day... the difference with Whooo is that you also earn blockchain tokens [Klaytn](https://www.klaytn.com/) for all your dating activites.

Personally I'm not sure how I feel about incentivising people to date. Maybe it's a great idea and will get people out and mingling... or maybe people will use each other just to earn.

It's ah definitely interesting... I'm super curious to how blowing on your phone sends out your seeds. So strange.
