Vadim Vilinbakhov has accumulated a lot of material on the history of UFOs over a couple of thousand years. He was the founder of the section for the study of UFOs in Leningrad.

In July 1981, by the decision of the Presidium of the Geographical Society, under the chairmanship of the President of the Civil Defense Academician A.F. Treshnikov, a special commission was created to study anomalous phenomena in the environment (chairman - candidate of historical sciences V.B. I also think that our 3 dimensions are not the whole Universe. There are other dimensions and there are ways to instantly move from distant star systems (including material objects). As for more advanced civilizations. It is likely that their representatives can transfer their consciousness to artificial material objects and autonomously exist outside of our 3-dimensional world.
