Chocolate cakes without flour

**Products:**
300-400 g of black chocolate
3 eggs
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
1 tsp. vanilla essence
3-4 tablespoons copper

**Preparation:**
Break the chocolate and put it in a bowl. Add the coconut oil and put it in the microwave for a few seconds or melt the chocolate in a water bath. Separate the eggs, honey and vanilla essence with a mixer. Once the chocolate has melted well but it's not hot, gradually add it to the egg mixture.

Divide the mixture into soufflé bowls, which lightly cake with coconut oil. Put them in a deep pan and add water to it. Bake at 190 degrees for about 30-35 minutes or until ready.
