The wake of Cryptocurrency technology has enhanced internet usage to the benefits of users which had not been the case in the past. Platform users conventionally had just the fun of interacting on social platforms as their rewards.

Looking through the [Snax Whitepaper](https://snax.one/whitepaper.pdf) reveals their intention to add more value to contents created on social networks by tracking the attention created by such contents and giving out crypto rewards.

## The Big News for #Steem Blockchain

According to @Snaxteam, Snax did first pitch their tent on #twitter  and this integration has a record of 30'000 SNAX tokens as free rewards to registered Twitter users for a total of 1'780'515'936 analysed tweets recorded in 32 hours.

On the release of its mainnet on April 10, 2019, [Snax](https://snax.one) recorded 250 users, 30% of which are far from the crypto industry. This formed the basis for the proposed integration of [Snax](https://steemit.com/) to #steem blockchain as [announced](https://steemit.com/steem/@snaxteam/snax-integrates-with-steem), slated for May 14.
