HF19 is just away & i will change many things. 

Main thing it will change is that per vote 2% of voting power will be utilized instead of current 0.5% which is 4x times.

<h2> What does this mean? </h2>
Right now if your one vote counts as $0.01 then it will count $0.04 after HF19. i.e. 4x times.
Right now you can vote 4 people & give $0.01 to four different people making it $0.04, but after HF19 all $0.04 will go to one person & other 3 will get no vote.
This means that votes will decrease by 75%. i.e. getting votes will become more difficult for everyone.

<h2> What can be done to keep number votes same as right now ? </h2>
Simple solution is make voting weight of vote to 25%.
So you will be able to vote 4 people with 25% voting weight & give $0.01 to four different people making it $0.04. 

Also Linear Rewards curve will be introduced so earning may increase with this strategy.
