So I opened a support ticket two weeks ago when some transactions never showed up on my Poloniex account due to the HF19.

I sent them the SBD I had gathered in my account at first and then 0.100 to test if the transaction would get passed. 
After a week the 0.100 got pushed and was in my history. I thought they had fixed the SBD as it was disabled before, so despite the first big amount missing I decided to send another test of 0.400 which didn't really matter, they didn't come through yet again. 

So I forgot about the ticket and gave up on poloniex, moving to bittrex, which is really amazing despite the slightly higher fee.

So today for my luck I got an e-mail reply back from polo support.  It said:

Amazing ! They didn't hear from me so they closed it, yet I was waiting for 2 weeks for a reply from them.

The blacked out amount is different from the one last received and below that is another picture from the transfer history from steemit.com

It's no big deal at the end of the day but some people have lost far more money than me.

Even if Poloniex starts accepting SBD again I don't think I will ever use it again.
