 It's no wonder if Karelia will dream of Viktor Nikolaevich Lipatnikov.  He was born there and lived at the Chupa station.  Relatives and many residents worked in the Arctic Circle.  In Petrozavodsk he graduated from the university, got a degree in mechanical engineering. 

 On the distribution chose the Tomsk region, specifically the White Yar, the name was like.  Then came to us seven graduates of Petrozavodsk University, in particular, Eugene Elin, who now lives in Kolpashevo.  Jan Tatur returned to Murmansk, he is a great traveler.

 The first working year is behind us.  Viktor Nikolayevich goes on vacation - to Petrozavodsk, to the Kirov region - to visit his father, he moved here.  Lipatnikov returned, he was persuaded to work more closely at the Komsomol work, to become a member of the timber enterprise committee, and when it became clear that the secretary was leaving, they were convinced to accept the position of the secretary of the committee.

 1975 - very important for Viktor Nikolayevich, he married.  Tatiana Leonidovna, a teacher, they have been together for many years.  Years passed, experience came, a sense of responsibility grew. 

 The posts were getting higher.  The instructor of the district committee of the CPSU, the secretary of the party committee of the Aslanovskiy lespromkhoz.  By that time, the party's district committee needed a chairman of the party commission.

  The workers of the regional committee arrived, they began to ask whoever people wanted to see at this place.  The answer was unanimous: Lipatnikova.  I well remember this case.  They chose Viktor Nikolayevich. 

 The party in general was very serious about the selection of cadres.  Sometimes it is very difficult to choose what you must do.  Victor Turbin was then the first secretary of the district committee of the Komsomol.  There was an exchange of Komsomol documents.  We must go to Kuzurovo, there are 10 guys and girls.  

"Dawn" walks days in two, you can not get there by anything else.  And here is the dilemma: go to Kuzurovo or go for a birthday to his wife Tatyana?  The sense of responsibility won, he went to give the Komsomol new documents.
